Blythe Homes has ambitious plans to breathe new life into a key site in Southport’s seafront with a stunning new residential and retail development.

The £30m plan aims to regenerate a key site in the town as well as providing linkage between West Street and the Promenade.

The site covers the surface car park between the Promenade and West Street and is bordered by Scarisbrick Avenue and the Royal Clifton Hotel.

A block of seven properties facing onto Scarisbrick Avenue would be the first phase of development with extensive refurbishment and creation of a new-build rear section. The second phase includes two new build blocks with public garden areas
